Terms of Service
last updated · July 23, 2026
Welcome to Puzzle Run ("we", "us", "the service") — a collection of daily mini puzzle games available at this website. By using Puzzle Run you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.
1. The service
Puzzle Run offers browser-based puzzle games, including Crack the Code. A new daily challenge is published each day. The free tier includes today's challenge, a limited archive, and streak tracking. We may add, change, or retire games and features at any time.
2. Accounts
You can play as a guest without an account. Signing in with Google is optional and lets us save your results, streaks, and subscription across devices. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service (for example, attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or exploit the puzzles or billing system).
3. Puzzle Run Plus
Puzzle Run Plus is an optional paid subscription that unlocks the full puzzle archive, unlimited practice puzzles, streak freezes, and early access to new games. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, whose own terms also apply to your purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Billing & Refunds policy for details.
4. Fair use
When using Puzzle Run you agree not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
- use bots, scripts, or automation to play, farm streaks, or scrape content;
- attempt to access other players' data or non-public parts of the service;
- resell, redistribute, or republish the puzzles or other content without permission.
5. Intellectual property
The puzzles, artwork, design, name, and code of Puzzle Run belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own enjoyment. Sharing your results (scores, streaks, emoji grids) is encouraged.
6. Availability & changes
We work to keep Puzzle Run available every day, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Daily challenges, streak rules, and features may change. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, for free users, nothing).
